Damages and Issues:

• We take every precaution to prevent shipping damage, however, it can occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the package and have the shipper return it to us immediately. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, please contact them immediately to have the package returned to us. We must be contacted within 15 business days for any missing, damaged or incorrect parts. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
