At BEAUTY BY KETTY, we offer a variety of shipping methods and payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers.
Shipping:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours.
- Ireland: orders delivered on the next business day.
- International: orders delivered within 4-10 business days.
Delivery :
- We use shipping companies such as AnPost, FedEx and DHL Express .
Damages and Issues:
- We take every precaution to prevent shipping damage, however, it can occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the package and have the shipper return it to us immediately. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, please contact them immediately to have the package returned to us. We must be contacted within 15 business days for any missing, damaged or incorrect parts. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS:
- We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
- NO return & exchange for cap size customised wigs.
- NO return & exchange for clearance products.
- NO return & exchange for customised products (Colour/style).
- If the package is delivered, but is refused without contacting customer service, a 100% refund will not be guaranteed.
- If the hair is damaged or defective, we will do partial refund ,of course, our customer service will chat with you for the detailed refund information.
- Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
CANCELLATION:
- You can cancel your order before the hair shipped it out. and the refund will be processed the same way as you make the payment. Payment will back to your account within 2-14 working days.
- To ensure that the correct item is ordered, we recommend that you read the detailed description of the product before ordering. If you are not ensure, you can send us an email to: sales@beautybyketty.com . Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel it anymore. Hope you can understand!
EXCHANGE:
- Applications for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
- Any exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- The product should be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
- Customers will be required to cover the difference in cost and shipping costs if exchanging for a greater value.
- We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY:
- Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
- Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Orders:
- Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order, but you must get in touch with us via email within 24 hours before it is shipped. Otherwise, a processing fee will be charged, and once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Do I need to pay taxes on my order?
Typically, taxes are not required, but if your country's customs regulations are stringent, you may be subject to duties. We strive to minimize tariffs by using low-declared invoices for parcels, but it is not guaranteed. You will be responsible for paying customs duties if they are imposed.

- Can I use a PO Box or EIRCODE as my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we do not accept PO Box addresses for international courier shipments.

Unfortunately, we only allow the use of one discount code per order.

- Is your hair 100% human hair? Can I restyle or dye it?
Our hair is 100% human hair, and you can restyle and dye it according to your preferences.
- Are your wigs bleached at the knots or pre-plucked at the hairline?
Our wigs come with bleached knots and pre-plucked hairlines for a more natural appearance.
- What is the size of your wig cap (circumference)? Can I get a large/small size?
Our standard wig cap size is [specify size]. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer specific large or small sizes.
